Todd Kinsman

Combining a carpentry background with 15 years of experience in tier 1 construction, Todd has managed the sites of some of Adelaide’s biggest commercial builds. Todd brings professionalism, method, and an eye for detail to every project.

Todd’s years at Lend Lease (Baulderstone) and Hansen Yuncken saw him working on some of Adelaide’s largest and most complex projects. These include being a site manager at:

  • The Adelaide Oval Redevelopment

  • The New Royal Adelaide Hospital

  • Rundle Mall Plaza Refurbishment

  • Lot Fourteen Precinct

  • Coopers Stadium Development

  • Burnside Village Redevelopment

Ali Day

Following completion of a bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Ali has worked in tier 1 project management for the last 10 years across Adelaide, Hobart and Sydney.

Ali’s years of experience saw him working for Hansen Yuncken, Probuild & Richard Crookes Construction on commercial builds in excess of $100 million, including but not limited to:

  • The New Royal Adelaide Hospital

  • Rundle Mall Plaza Refurbishment

  • Lot Fourteen Precinct

  • NCIS – A defence project at St Kilda in Adelaide’s north

  • Hobart’s Parliament Square building
