Director - Todd Kinsman

With a carpentry background and over 15 years of experience in Tier 1 construction, Todd brings extensive knowledge of the building industry to every project. Before founding T Squared Construct, Todd worked on some of Adelaide’s largest and most complex commercial construction projects, managing major building sites and coordinating large teams of trades and contractors.

His experience as a Site Manager with leading construction companies Lendlease (Baulderstone) and Hansen Yuncken helped shape the professional systems, attention to detail, and high construction standards that define T Squared Construct today.

Throughout his career, Todd has played a key role in delivering major Adelaide projects including:
